When I started using herbal products, weight loss was a concern for me. I didn’t need to lose a lot, about 20 pounds, but snacking was my major problem. There are good ones out there. You don’t want one that is going to give you that quick high, only to find yourself feeling worse after that quick high has run out. Herbal tea gives you a great energy boost. It helps you maintain your energy and can increase your mental alertness.
